Wholesale custom DTF transfers are printed in large gang sheets ranging from 22" x 5" to 22" x 200". These can be full-color graphics like photos, gradients, and effects. White ink is also used for DTF transfers. Our bulk custom DTF transfers are printed on quality sheets with long-lasting inks that do not crack.DTF printing is a versatile process that can be used for heat-applied, full-color transfers for light and dark fabrics. It is not weeding or masking, and DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester. (Nylons don't work because of the smooth surface. DTF Transfer Image SpecificationsFor optimal print quality, please use the following image guidelines:

✅File Format: PNG with transparent background (No JPEGs, PDFs, or screenshots).

✅ Resolution: 300 DPI (this is high enough quality for crisp, sharp prints).

✅Color Mode: RGB (our system will change colors if needed).

✅ Artwork Size: Send your design the size you want it printed. We neither resize nor change the size.Don't flip your photo over—our software will flip it over to print for you.

✅ Background: White spaces in your design will print white. If backgrounds are not included in your design, clean them out.

🚫We Do Not Accept: No watermarked images, screenshots, or low-res files (blurred or pixelated photos).

❌ Content that is copyrighted or trademarked (e.g., logos or Disney, NFL, fashion brand, etc.). Such orders will be declined.Refunds for canceled orders will be issued a store credit only.

  • Step 2: Quick and Secure Printing and Shipping

    • Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) are sent out the same day!
    • Orders received after 2 PM are processed and shipped on the following business day.

  • Step Step 3: Apply Your DTF Transfer with Ease

    • Operate your heat press at 310°F (155°C) with medium pressure.
    • Press for 12-15 seconds. Wait 5 seconds, then hot or cold (either will work!).
    • Press again for 5 to 10 seconds
    • to provide a more permanent design. Keep additional transfers in a cool, dry location—use them at your convenience!
