Frequently Asked Questions
They're custom decals where you pick the exact size you need instead of buying a whole gang sheet. You can get a Key Chain at 2.5x1.5, a 4x4 Decal, or a 16 oz Glass wrap at 9.33x4.5. This works well because you're not wasting space on sizes you don't actually want.
They work on a wide range of hard surfaces: glass cups, mugs, pens, acrylic keychains, plastic bottles, metal tumblers, and more. And they're made for real-world use. So whether it's a Libbey decal at 3.75x3.75 or a mug wrap at 9.5x6.5, it'll stick and hold.
No, that's the whole point of UV. Our Direct-to-Film printing gives you vibrant colors and sharp details with a durable finish that resists fading, scratching, and outdoor wear. The UV protection keeps your design bright even under direct sunlight. It lasts way longer than regular vinyl stickers.
We've got specific fits for popular items: Key Chain (2.5x1.5), Pen Wrap (1.4x4.75), Decal (4x4 and 5x5), Decal Libbey (3.75x3.75), 16 oz Glass (9.33x4.5), 20 oz Glass (9.33x5), Mug Wrap (9.5x6.5), plus 13x13 and 15x15 for bigger projects. Pick what matches your blank.
Artists, small business owners, and DIY lovers who want pro results without ordering 100 feet of gang sheet. If you're testing a new design, making custom product labels, or personalizing a single 20 oz glass, buying by size just makes more sense. And it keeps costs down.
It's simple. Peel, place, press firmly, then peel the carrier off. No heat press, no 325°F setting, no second press like regular DTF. Most wraps like the 16 oz or 20 oz glass go on in under a minute. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry first.
Yes, that's exactly what they're built for. Once applied to a glass or mug, they resist scratching and won't wash off easily. They're not dishwasher-proof forever, so hand wash is better, but they handle daily use, handling, and sunlight without cracking or peeling like cheap decals do.
Buying by size is perfect when you need one specific decal (say a 5x5 decal for a cooler) while our UV DTF Sticker Gang Sheet Builder is better when you want 40 different designs on one 22x60 sheet. So if you're testing, buy by size; if you're stocking up, build a gang sheet.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time ship same day, and orders after 2:00 PM ship next business day. That includes local pickup. Shipping typically takes 1-7 business days depending on where you live and what shipping option you pick at checkout. No long waits.
