Substrate Compatibility:

* Apparel: Recommended for 100% white polyester for maximum vibrancy. Blends with at least 65% polyester produce a soft, vintage aesthetic. Not compatible with 100% cotton or dark/colored textiles.
* Hard Blanks & Drinkware: Ideal for any polymer-treated items including tumblers, ceramic mugs, neoprene mousepads, coasters, tote bags, and coated metal panels.
* White Ink Notice: Sublimation technology utilizes transparent CMYK dyes. White elements in your file will show through as the base surface color of your blank.

Artwork Preparation:

* Resolution: Ensure graphics are sized 1:1 at 300 DPI for ultra-crisp output.
* Accepted Formats: High-resolution PNG with a transparent background is strongly recommended.
* Orientation: Keep your artwork right-reading (do not mirror).
* Direct-to-Print: Files run directly through our RIP queue as uploaded. We do not crop, resize, or strip backgrounds.

Important Notes:

* This service covers custom printed sublimation transfer sheets only. Blank substrates, apparel, heat presses, and design adjustments are not included.
* Be sure to calibrate your heat press parameters (temperature, dwell time, and pressure) according to your specific blank manufacturer's recommendations.
* Picasso Print DTF cannot be held liable for print defects caused by low-resolution, compressed, or improperly prepped source files.
